I concur. I've had a few contacts with Mark Space's support as well as here.
The level of service is truly outstanding. v4.0.2 is a nice performance and
functionality upgrade but the CPU usage is pretty high. I notice that
everything else slows down (PB G4 12" 1.33GHz).

My investment has finally paid off.
