[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Entourage Error

Just installed the 4.02 update and re-installed the Entourage conduit from
the Office 2004 CD. Now when I try a sync I get the following error;

Before you can synchronize with the applications on this handheld device,
you must enable synchronization in the Entourage Conduit Settings dialog
box. For the latest information on compatibility issues and solutions, visit
the Office 2004 Web Site
Failed Entourage Conduit (0xffffffff)

I did do a sync first before installing the Entourage conduit, and I have an
identity defined in Entourage.

Any thoughts on getting this to work correctly?
