No, you can install 4.0.2 over 4.0.1.

There is no need to backup your conduits before installing the Missing Sync.
The Missing Sync installer will add conduits to your /Library/Application
Support/Palm Hotsync/Conduits folder, and leave all the other conduits
alone.

If you currently have the Entourage conduit installed you can just install
Missing Sync 4.0.2. You should NOT need to re-install the Entourage
conduits.

You can just run the installer. If you want to manually delete the plugins
before installing, you can do that too.
