[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Feature request: Save to Browser works with browser not installed

Says it all really - if the browser isn't installed, the save doesn't happen
(although there is no warning that nothing happened).

The reason for the request is simple: I use Opera on PC, but not on Mac.

_Where_ the appropriate file (opera6.adr or whatever) should be saved by
default if the browser is missing is an interesting question; I suggest
either ~/Documents or the Desktop.
