I believe we have fixed this issue (or at least something similar that
shows the same behavior). In the meantime:
1. Open the file
~/Library/Preferences/com.markspace.missingsync.palmos.plist and look
for <key>User ID</key>. (You can use TextEdit.) Under that should be a
number. Copy that number. (If you have multiple Palm handhelds defined,
look for the User ID for that handheld.)
2. Open the file /Library/Application
Support/SyncServices/501/PalmConfiguration.txt.
(If you have more than one OS X user, the 501 might be different.)
3. Paste the number you copied in the spot where it says:
NSPalmUserID=0 (replace the 0).
4. Save the file.
5. Sync.
If you open the conduit settings for iSync, you will have to repeat
this process.
