Your active conduits are located in:

/Library/Application Support/Palm HotSync/Conduits/

The memo conduit (from Palm Desktop) that you were using when you
installed Missing Sync should have been moved by the installer to:

/Library/Application Support/Palm HotSync/Disabled Conduits/

So, with Missing Sync NOT running, copy the MarkSpace memos conduit
file "MarkSpaceMemoPadConduit.plugin" from Conduits/ to Disabled
Conduits/, and copy the "Memos Conduit" (or "Memo Conduit", whichever
you have) from Disabled Conduits/ to Conduits/.

Now launch Missing Sync and proceed as before.
