You might try removing the ~/Users/Documents/Palm/ folder for each
user, launch the Missing Sync application and create a new Palm user
for each OS X user. I suspect that the permissions on this folder are
incorrect (I don't think that Apple's repair permissions affects this
or other aspects of Missing Sync, so I never recommend doing it). Also,
try removing the com.markspace.missingsync.palmos.plist file from the
preferences folder of each OS X user prior to re-launching Missing
Sync.
