Hi Darrell,

I just installed the latest Missing Sync beta (4.0.2b6), created a new 
user with standard permissions and with the exception of one issue, 
syncing went fine. The issue (which will be fixed for 4.0.2) is that 
you must disable synchronization before switching users and then enable 
it for that user from the main window. In addition you must disable 
"enable synchronization/sharing" at startup for all users. I suspect 
that this is the issue you are seeing. If it isn't please contact 
support and give them as much information as possible so that they can 
reproduce the issue.
