[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Non-admin users

I've been having problems with Missing Sync not syncing properly, 
generating many different errors--and leaving the sync log blank! It 
wouldn't even let me add items to the install list, giving me an error 
saying it didn't recognize .prc files as valid files for install.

This all smacked of a permissions problem. I repaired permissions, 
reinstalled Missing Sync, repaired permissions again: but the problem 
persists.

Since then I've discovered that Missing Sync works perfectly for the 
admin user, but the non-admin users have the aforementioned problems. 
The two users who need to sync do not have admin privileges, and I want 
to keep it that way. Any wisdom on this issue?

I'm using OS X 10.3.5.
