It really doesn't matter if you have it set to sync or not sync; just 
by having the 2 conduits installed, we detect it as a conflict. There 
have been many customers who have installed both conduits and have had 
issues because their data synced to the wrong program. By alerting the 
user to this (this was a change in beta 5 for iSync), we prevent this 
issue.
