[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Why do we have to restart after installing Missing Sync ?

Hi !

	Is it absolutely necessary to force a restart after installing Missing 
Sync ? Why isn't a simple logout/log back in enough ? This is so "Mac 
OS 9" ! ;-)
