In our testing, we have found Epocrates to be unreliable with the 
latest beta. We recommend that you wait for Epocrates to update their 
conduit. We have also had mixed results with the Epocrates conduit and 
Missing Sync 4.0.1. Epocrates is working to correct this issue, but I 
have no information on when an update is available.
