Does this message mean that upgrading to the latest version will interfere with Epocrates? I'm using MS version 4.0.1 and it usually hotsyncs OK with the Epocrates Autoupdate server, although sometimes I have to sync twice to make it work. Robert Rountree, M.D. Boulder, Colorado
