[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Memos

It seems that your sync program inherits all the limitation of the Palm
OS, Palm Desktop and its conduits. Plus it adds a few for no extra
charge.

Take the Memo Pad application for example. If there are 15 categories
in any of the parts of Desktop (Datebook, Addressbook, Memo) then with
HotSync you got an error when synchronizing but it did complete and
give a last sync time that was accurate, even though there was an error
and the data did transfer. Not with Missing Sync... you get the same
error but the Last Sync info doesn't update (still says Never). The
error log does show the problem.

The only fix for the problem is to limit the total categories in all
parts of the Desktop application to 15 and this is way too few! This
has been a long standing problem. I am considering using iSync and iCal
options on the desktop, with their differing limitations on the Palm
handheld side. The lesser of two evils??

Moreover the MemoPad application has no data in it.
