[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Help! user name error

Thanks -- do you remember exactly where that www link on the Palm site is -
I can't find it. I spent an hour and a half talking to Palm tech last night
and they finally decided it was out of their hands since one on the units is
a Garmin even thought the Garmin uses Palm's software.
