We have confirmed that there is a problem with the Missing Sync for 
Palm OS v2.0.2 running on Mac OS X v10.2.8. We have a new installer 
that we are testing now and should post soon. As a work around you can 
use the Missing Sync for Palm OS v2.0.1 if you are not using the new 
Zire 72 or Zire 31. If you need to download the 2.0.1 release send an 
email to Support at markskpace.com with the subject as "Using 10.2.8 & 
Missing Sync." We can then send you a link to download the software. If 
you are using the new Zire 72 or Zire 31 we expect to post a version 
2.0.3 soon that resolves this problem.
