[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Upgrading to 10.3.4 killed the Net Sharing?

Since I've upgraded to 10.3.4, my Palm Tungsten E fails to Net Share with my
G4 laptop. I can HotSync without problem. Any suggestions? There's no errors
or console output to report.
