[missing-sync-palmos-talk] still problems with the registration

I requested the registration code three times, each time I get the same 
code, so nothing has changed. I removed the 
com.markspace.missingsync.palmos.plist but this seems to have nothing 
to do with the registration, because it still doesn't work. What I am 
curious about is the registration window: there is my Computer Name 
(why?), the Registration Code (here goes the reg# 314-XXXXX-XXXXX), 
First Name, Last Name (where is the Hotsync Name?), and the weirdes of 
all to me: the Email Address, which shows a default emial-address wich 
differs from my email-address which I used to register The Missing Sync 
(funny: I am not able to type the email-add @ maybe because of the 
german keyboard layout?). But regardless of which email-address I use, 
I get the message: "Registration code is invalid". If I choose not to 
connect to the internet I get the following message:

"In order to register Missing Sync, please visit: 
http://www.markspace.com/register/ and provide the following 
information:
Your name
Your email address
Your registration code
Ethernet Address - 00:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX"

If I go to the above internet address, I only can register for the 
Missing Sync for Pocket PC.

If I go to http://www.markspace.com/register/handle-serial.php and type 
in my new reg-code, I'll get a download link for SplashPhoto and 
following message: "Registration code: Error, please contact 
support at markspace.com" (which I have done already, but no answer so 
far).

I am clueless :)
