You need the steps in the second problem described below.

We apologize if you have encountered a few problems during the
registration process for the Missing Sync for Palm OS 4.0. The problem
was NOT with the software, but rather on our registration server
back-end. We have resolved the problems on our end and offer the
following steps for you to resolve the problems.

1) Invalid Registration Code Error
If you are getting an "Invalid Registration Code" error when trying to
register The Missing Sync please visit
www.markspace.com/resend-codes.php and request a new email with a new
reg code. A valid reg code will be a 13 digit number formatted like
this "314-XXXXX-XXXXX."

2) Missing Sync Quits on Launch
If after registering the software and quitting Missing Sync you are
unable to launch it again follow these steps:
1. Delete the file com.markspace.missingsync.palmos.plist found in the
user's Library/Preferences folder.
2. Launch The Missing Sync for Palm OS application
3. Enter the registration code you received via email (The format
should be like "314-XXXXX-XXXXX.")
4. Continue with the registration process.

Now Missing Sync should be ready to go!

Enjoy!
