I have tried installing the software on both my home and office computers
and get the same problem being discussed here. I start up the program, it
runs, but I cannot change the settings for the individuals conduits. I try
hotsyncing, but the Palm won't connect. I try dragging .prc files into
install but they won't stick.
I then quit the program and run it again but now the program stays up for a
second and then quits.
Both computers behaved identically.
I had to reinstall the Palm software at the office....very painful. Had to
uninstall Missing Sync, and then reinstall Palm. In the process confusion
begins to reign with the Palm Background application and the Transport
Monitor which is required for Palm hotsync. Not fun....hoping an answer
will arrive soon so I don't have to repeat this reinstall at home.
