[missing-sync-palmos-talk] enforced registration?!

OK I paid my money and downloaded MS 4, tried to install on my laptop -
which is not connected to the net - and get stuck at this registration
window that demands I reconfigure my computer so it can verify the key.

I understand you don't want pirate copies floating around but this is
something I have never had to do on a mac before. It's what Microsoft
do, and they are hated for it. I really dislike this kind of policy
myself and if I had known I would have thought long and hard about
upgrading Missing Sync. So now I have to go round to a friend's to use
their internet connection. Lucky it was a laptop, eh?
