[missing-sync-palmos-talk] request for link to version 2.01

There is a known bug mounting cards with the Missing Sync version 2.0.2 
on mac OS 10.2.8. Robert has been sent a link to download the 2.0.1 
version, which works fine with Mac OS X 10.2.8.
