[missing-sync-palmos-talk] iSync can't find my treo?

I have just installed Missing Sync 4.0.2 and the iSync conduit.  I 
can't sync Address Book nor Calendar.

When I try to sync the markspace conduits seem to run fine (backup 
seems to happen and the memos are downloaded).

The iSync Conduit appears in the Missing Sync window, and I was able to 
click on it and enable synching.  The treo appears in the iSync window 
and I can adjust its settings.

But when I sync, the iSync conduit generates the following log message:

12/08/2004 16:03 iSync Conduit starting
12/08/2004 16:03 User FEP not configured for any iSync data classes
OK iSync Conduit

What's the deal?

Right now I have all the data in my laptop, so a solution that involved 
resetting the treo and overwriting everything in it is acceptable.
