[missing-sync-palmos-talk] can't install on second computer

I'm trying to install Missingsync on a second computer? The code from 
the Mark Space website doesn't work.

When I enter the Code Provided during registration (1344252924), I get 
the message, "Registration Code is invalid. Please verify and re-enter 
the registration code. Contact sales at markspace.com if you believe there 
has been an error."

I get this whether I copy and paste or type the number in directly, I 
get this message,

If I enter the 314-80177-60223 Registration number from Dataviz it 
tells me,

"Registration code is already is use

The registration code you have entered has already been registered on 
the number of Macs authorized by the registration code. Please go to 
http://store.markspace.com to purchase additional licenses. Contact 
sales at markspace.com if you believe there has been an error."

I have MS installed on my G4 iMac desktop and have been trying to 
install it on my PowerBook G4 12" 867mhz. Both systems are 10.3.6.

I have emailed Mark Space several times and this issue has not been 
resolved. I haven't received a response from the last 2 emails I sent 
on 11/11 and 11/15.

Anyone have any advice?

I can provide screen shots.
