If the sync is failing with both the PalmSource HotSync Manager and The
Missing Sync it would suggest either conduit is bad, the conduit settings
are bad, or the handheld data is bad.
I would check the conduit settings first. Make sure you have the correct
data files selected in the Now conduits.
