[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Sony CLIE T665C and Now Up-To-Date and Contact

Hello!

I have been having a very difficult time trying to iron out the 
following situation.

My client has a Power Mac G4 Cube. He uses Now Up-To-Date and Contact 
to maintain his contacts and calendar.

He also has a CLIE T665C and wants to sync his Now information to the 
CLIE. Easy enough, right?

When we try to sych, we get the following message:

Installed Missing Sync
OK Install
*Created backup file*
Failed Now Contact (0x4015)
Synchronizing with a new calendar file.
* Created backup file *
*** Unexpected error 16405.
Failed Now Up-to-Date (0x4015)
OK Install
Failed Backup (0x4015)
Sync completed successfully at 12/13/04 4:05 PM (16:05:31)

The CLIE always hangs up and then times out resulting in an error.

I have tried both the HotSync Manager from Palm as well as the Missing 
Sync for Palm OS--with no success.

Where is this breaking down? Is there something wrong with the Now data 
files? Is there something wrong with the Now conduits? Will the CLIE 
not accept the sync'd Now files? Am I missing a conduit?

One thing: the client has multiple categories for both his calendar and 
contacts. The Now conduit should handle this fine, right?

Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
