Is there anything in the Console Log (Open up the Console application
and look at the last few lines)?

While you can sync with 2 machines, there is a potential for data loss
(this applies to HotSync Manager as well as Misisng Sync). There is a
document at palmOne's website:
<http://kb.palmone.com/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE/,/?
St=5,E=0000000000094006662,K=3396,Sxi=0,useTemplate=Case.tem,CASE=29452>
  which gives some useful information.
