This is an issue with the Audible Plugin; it completely takes over the 
USB port and prevents Missing Sync from functioning over USB. In the 
old HotSync Manager days, it would actually terminate HotSync Manager 
when iTunes was running. I'd recommend contacting Audible and asking 
them to fix their plugin (or else just remove it).
