It is reading a list of all the databases on the handheld; on a fully
loaded device, there can be a large number of databases. We are
investigating speed issues with Network Sync (we addressed USB syncing
speed in 4.0.2 and we can't get everything fixed in every release).
There are definitely improvements that can be made in the sync.

Send me the latest pilot-link source and that will go a long way in
helping me speed up the sync.
