I don't know ... I'm currently using Group Organizer but it doesn't work with
Missing Sync. I'm considering Now UTD/C but I haven't decided yet, I think it
works with Missing Sync.

Well, it's always a question about what different applications can do, in
this case iSync doesn't support it ... why I have no idea, possible because
categories doesn't exist in iCal or Address Book (OK, iCal could be
discussed).

It's the same thing with FileMaker, it doesn't handle everything either.
