First off, please don't send me email directly. If you have a support
issue, please contact our support folks; they are very good at helping.
If you send me mail directly, it only delays your issue being solved as
I'm quite busy working on Missing Sync. I chime in on the mailing list
when I have time and when it appears that others can't help. Also,
messages about issues sent to our support folks will get resolved more
quickly than posted to this list.

I recommend that you contact the SplashPhoto folks (through their
normal support channels and not on an open mailing list) to see if you
can work with them on the issue. I have examined the issue and at the
moment, believe it is a SplashPhoto issue. Once they investigate it, if
it turns out that they don't believe it is their issue, we will work
with their engineer to determine where the problem lies and fix it.

BTW, it does appear that you can rename the photos on the handheld from
within SplashPhoto as far as I have tested.

Thanks.
