Well, yes but...
I too can sync a T3 on Panther 10.3 - but it is not without problem.

Admittedly, I am using iSync, and not Palm Desktop, but frankly the 
integration with Apple's AddressBook in particular is scant. I am dying 
for Apple, Palm, or MarkSpace or someone to produce a set of conduits 
that REALLY work... please...
