why? Apple doesn't support OS 9.1 any more, thus 10.1 is needed. However PD
still runs on older systems. Or do you mean the lack of 10.3? PD doesn't
always install properly on X.3. 

If you're going to point things out like this, can you be more specific?
There are quite a few things you could be referring to...
