The only difference between 2.0 and 2.0.1 is the AvantGo Fixer file 
which you can download from: 
<http://www.markspace.com/ftp/avantgofixer.prc.sit> (I just checked 
this link and it works fine.) The updater link will be removed soon as 
you need to use the resend-codes link to get the new version. I just 
used <http://www.markspace.com/resend-codes.php> to get a link to the 
link, downloaded it and it was 2.0.1. You might want to try again.
