[missing-sync-palmos-talk] X.3?

After having it fail to mount the card yet again, I gave up, shut the 
mac down, and went to sleep. The next day, after turning the mac back 
on again, out of curiosity, I tried mounting the card again, and this 
time it mounted with no problems, and has been mounting without a 
problem ever since.

I do not know if something stayed in memory and was affecting the USB 
bus when doing restarts, but whatever it was, it is no longer there.
