When I debug cocoa, it works fine.  I went through all of the project  
settings to be sure they were the same.  It also didn't matter.   
Interestingly there is slightly different behavior.   If I have the  
editor window open with breakpoints set, the arrow next to the code  
is black.  WHen I hit debug, they turn gold.  In the cocoa version,  
when the debugger is fully loaded, they turn black again.  In the   
carbon version, they stay gold.  In the breakpoints window, instead  
of a check in a blue box, it is a dash.  If I set a check manually,  
the arrow becomes black, but it still doesn't debug.

I am stymied.
