[missing-sync-palmos-dev-talk] Sync Type

I am having trouble with the eSyncTypes fed into OpenConduitCarbon  
(member of CSyncProperties).

It seems to always have the SyncType of the last sync, not the one as  
set in the ConfigureConduit function.  Am I missing something?
