The 5.0 release kind of threw me there. Perhaps I missed any beta discussions? I've been looking forward to this release since you guys demoed it to me at PalmSource this year (...guess we'll have to attend Mac DevCons now in order to see new things ;-O ) ---- Regards, Bryan Nystrom Chief Technical Officer Natara Software, Inc. If you have an old conduit that has settings that don't use a sheet, now is the time to upgrade (a few years ago, really was, but...). Some of the conduits that are incompatible with version 5 (and some with version 4) use old dialog routines which cause major refresh issues. I remember you demoing the "description" feature at PalmSource. I look forward to implementing it. And sorry about that Scott. I just did a scan of my inbox and see that back on 8/31 you sent out (2) requests for testers. I probalby quickly read that at the time and simply assumed that since I was already on the list for 4.0, that 5.0 was automatic. I now see where it was a "sign up" type thing. No wonder it's been so quite on my end ;-( Congrats on the release. ---- Regards, Bryan Nystrom Chief Technical Officer Natara Software, Inc. We also have some tools now such that you can compile a conduit to be ready for the intel transition. And a "marketing" feature is that we now have our 3rd party products store inside the app, so if you have a Mac app/conduit you may want to list it for sale in the "shop" panel of Missing Sync. For that you would contact Eric Ullman, Sales & Marketing, at eullman@markspace.com Brian -- _____________________________________________________________________ Mark/Space, Inc. voice 408-293-7299 654 N. It makes my job easier as an admin to sell the idea of replacing a free solution with a pay product. With sync services in the offing it's even more compelling. Now if Qualcomm, Oracle and MS will get on the stick I will be in hog heaven.
