[missing-sync-palmos-dev-talk] Modifying the Sample Carbon Conduit

One last message. After further exploration I have tried it again, and  
it is working. I'll try to figure out why, but at this point thank you  
for reading all of these messages, and I hope you'll be as kind when I  
have a real problem.
