[missing-sync-hiptop-talk] Which Mac app does Sidekick Notes sync with?

I've created a few notes on my Sidekick and all of a sudden I  
realized that I don't know where they are being backed up on my Mac!  
Calendar, Address book, To Dos -- I know where to find them and/or  
create new entries, but what about the Notes? Is there a specific  
application and data file?
