MOnths. was wondering why info wasn't getting to my Sidekick after I sync on my mac with .dot mac and a plam etc... I need to know what the "username" is. Is it my tmobile email? with the, "my-name@tmail.com" Or just the name part? I keep getting a "incorrect email and password." Message when I try to sync via the missing sync button. when I log on to the tmobil website it's the phone number and password. But Missing sync says "don't use the phone number..." Confused.? I installed an update from the Missing sync download page which wiped out my info. Not that it was syncing before the update. I'm on a mac g5 running 10.4.5 MIssing sync for hip-top most current version download yesterday. What should I do to reset and get a successful sync? need the step by step help on this one. Thanks in advance, Chad. As noted by Dave with M/S below, the Sidekick will only recognize zones like US/Eastern, but not America/Detroit. Since the hiptop Sync software doesn't do this mapping, I'm trying to go through my events to change to this format. The main problem is that I do not see the formats he notes I can use. I've attached images of what I see on my 10.4.5 MacBook Pro for more information, but could someone tell me how to acquire such zones so I can use this software? Thanks! That password is associated with the back end server that store's your data. The T-Mobile website password could be different and I'm not sure if T-Mobile and Danger ever sync up these two passwords so they match. The T-Mobile web interface is getting the PIM data from the Danger backend server. I believe that by request Danger can reset or sync up the two passwords, but you typically have to get escalated from T- Mobile support to Danger's Technical Support.
