[missing-sync-hiptop-talk] Yet another "invalid username and/or password" question

I've had Missing Sync since October, and it's never worked. I always  
get the error "invalid username and/or password." I've tried using  
both my Sidekick phone number and the "username" I set up when I  
bought the Sidekick as the username, and I've been using the password  
that I use to login to the Danger desktop and T-Mobile sites.

I've read the FAQs to know that Danger doesn't always update their  
servers, so I reckoned the problem would solve itself within the  
month, but four months! At this point, I'd really like a working  
product or a refund.

Any ideas on how I can get the product to work?
