Yep, gotta say at this point, missing sync for hiptop has left me  
wanting a better solution.  I too have not ben able to sync  
consistently. I'm so very tired of the "email tech support thing  
too."  I've posted tech questions to the user group and for some  
reason they didn't get posted till a week or so later.  very  
frustrating.

The guys at missing sync are all nice people, I've met some of them  
at Macworld, etc...

but to get help it feels like it takes as long as if we were using  
the pony express.  Unacceptable in todays tech world.  Phone support  
is a must.  I know you guys are a small company, but the email thing  
has never worked for me.  Not once.  And I have had a lot of problems  
with the missing sync for both Palm and Hiptop, both of which I own.

Again, nothing personal, but I've almost given up on this product.   
It is just too hard to deal with.  It takes too much time.
