[missing-sync-hiptop-talk] A couple of bugs/workarounds for a new user

I have had no problems with my Sidekick and the new 10.4 software
(but I waited until it was out of beta). Had some problems with the
old 10.3 software when I first got started with the Sidekick, but
tech support helped me get through those. I wouldn't call the
software alpha-test-grade, and I think their tech support is helpful.

Sorry your experience has not been as good.
