[missing-sync-hiptop-talk] I can't sync :-(

Hi,
I am trying to sync my sidekick with iCal and Address Book. I keep getting
error message on invalid username or password. I am able to log into Tmobile
website without any problem.
What is other way to verify that I am using right username and password? Or
is there something that I need to do before I can sync?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
