1. Download CronniX from: <http://www.abstracture.de/projects-en/
cronnix>
2. Copy CronniX to your hard drive
3. Launch CronniX
4. Click New
5. Click Simple tab
6. Configure the time you want to sync
7. For Command, enter:
/usr/bin/osascript -e 'tell application "Missing Sync for hiptop"' -e
synchronize -e quit -e 'end tell'
8. Click New
9. Click Save
Repeat this for each time you want to synchronize during the day.
(People familiar with cron can just specify everything at once.)
Missing Sync for hiptop does not have to be running for this to work.
