We just posted a new beta which may resolve your issue. Please try

If you have the crash, please submit a report and attach logs. Submit  
the report by going to:

http://www.markspace.com/support/feedback_hiptop_beta.html

To get the log in 10.4.1, launch the Missing Sync, holding down the  
option key, open the Missing Sync menu. Choose the Debug Options to  
open the Debug dialog. Check the box to Enable debug logging. Click  
OK. Launch a sync. The log is located in ~/Library/Logs.
