Please make sure you fill out the feedback form on the beta page and  
include a log file; to generate the log file, hold down the option  
key and choose the Missing Sync for hiptop menu...you will see an  
option that says Debug Options. Choose that and turn on logging. The  
log will be placed in ~/Library/Log/MissingSync for hiptop.log.  
You'll want to open the file and remove your password from it.

Also, you might want to try using new calendars and just try entering  
a few items as a test. We are working on several issues and some  
issues have been reported to Apple as bugs in XSync.
