Sean,

What version of the Missing Sync for hiptop are you running? You  
should be running the 2.0 beta release which is quite stable and  
which can be downloaded from:

http://www.markspace.com/testing

If you continue to have problems after installing the beta build,  
please submit a request for support form at:

http://www.markspace.com/support/request_hiptop.html

We will be much better to assist you if we have all the info  
requested on that form.
