In order for us to learn from your situation and resolve the problem,  
please submit a support request detailing your system setup and  
providing logs from failed syncs by going to:

To get the log, on Mac OS 10.3.9:

1. Open iSync and select the hiptop device.
2. Hit "command + option + shift + d" and check the turn on logging box
3. In the URL box, enter: http://pimapi.prod1.dngr.net/pimapi
4. Click OK and close the window
5. Launch a sync operation dupicating what you describe below
6. If you see the same problems with the sync, send us the log.
7. The log is located in ~/Library/Logs

On Mac OS 10.4.1:

1. Launch the Missing Sync standalone application,
2. While holding down the option key,
3. Open the Missing Sync menu,
4. Choose the Debug Options to open the Debug dialog.
5. Check the box to Enable debug logging. Click OK.
6. Launch a sync. If it fails, find the log in ~/Library/Logs and  
send it to us.
